As one of the world’s most established lingerie brands, Triumph carries a legacy of craftsmanship, innovation and empowerment. Our challenge was to help the business reconnect with that heritage - through a commercially grounded, insight-led approach that can be integrated into its long-term commercial strategy.
We began with a detailed review of existing customer and competitor research, distilling a wide range of data into clear thematic territories for the brand to explore and challenge.
Propellant then designed and hosted a series of workshops with Triumph’s European sales, marketing and product leadership teams. We helped identify key opportunities to strengthen the brand and deepen connection with modern audiences, while honouring the values that built its global reputation.
By prioritising operational and commercial realities alongside strategic ambition, we’ve helped lay the foundation for Triumph to reassert its prestige, and to build with purpose for the future.
